The Warlords

This is a movie talking about a war between the Ching Dynasty and Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. It is not a usual war film. It still has tremendous attacking frame, but what's more it has a great story. It is a story about three sworn brothers. The second and the third one were bandits The eldest was a general of Ching Dynasty. However, his army was annihilated by the Taping Heavenly Kingdom because the reinforcement didn't do anything to help them. After the eldest met the other one, he leading them with the villagers to be the army of Ching Dynasty. However, they didn't be treated candidly. What's more, they was put up to fright with enemy with insufficient airman and resources. Moreover, they won by their ability. However, the eldest was bafflement by authority. Hence, he killed his second brother to obtain authority. This made his third brother want to kill him.

This movie depicts a lot of detail of war from the mothers' tear to the yell of conquer. However, my personal love is the comparison of the famous sworn brothers of Three Kingdom to them. What a ironic comparison. The direct arrange a Chinese opera in the film when the second brother saw the play he cried. I think the play is with reason. The Ching Dynasty wants to make them to be the hero, so they compare the leading roles with the sworn brothers of Three Kingdom. However, the leading roles were disunite at that time. Hence, this little play aggrandizes the whole movie.

Most important of all, this is really a great movie.

Compared with the winter vacation in senior high, we now have a longer vacation which means that we can have more plans to take a meaningful vacation. I have several ideas about it, let me tell you.

Well, I am now having a part-time job in a cram school. Nevertheless, I want to find another one in order to access to the society. Second, my friends are now planning to travel to Hualian. We will enjoy the beautiful scenery there.

In my free time in winter vacation, I may read books and novels as more as possible in order to broaden my horizons and entain myself.

Travel, Working, Reading will be an important part in the upcoming winter vacation.

   Recently,I had seeen the movie Life is Beautiful again.It is a romantic comedy.Guido is a young Italian Jew,settling down at Arezzo setting up a bookstore.when he meets Dora who isn't a Jewish.He then falls in love with her.After several years ,they get married and have a son named Joshua.However,the world war two happened and Nazi began to kill Jews.

   Guido, his uncle, and Joshua are taken to a concentration camp. To keep up Joshua's spirits, Guido persuades him that it is just a game .He wants Joshua to hide for fear that he would be killed . Guido maintains this game until the end. Guido is killed and Joshua tries to survive, Finally,he is reunited with his mother.

   This film do touch my heart.The war and the government are brutal.The father Guido's great love also impressed me.

Although the exams are coming very soon, but I still keep on watching tv because of "THE SIMPSONS". It is an animation comedy. The Simpsons family consists of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie. It talks about the daily lives of them and it is also very realistic and funny. It makes me laugh and I think it can be a relaxation during exam times. I recommended this to all of you and let's laugh together. ^^

王盈之-The meaning of christmas to me -U1587-choco

In my opinion,Christmas makes great difference with any other festival.And i took it seriously when i was in junior high,because i was studied in a catholic school for three years.I remember that when Christmas coming,our teacher used to lead us to sing Christmas carols alone the streets and our school always celebrated Christmas grandly.
  I really enjoy the atmosphere that Christmas brings. It shares love and peace with everyone in the world as Christmas celebration becomes more prevalent.
  Christmas is the celebration of birth of Christ who sacrificed for truth and faith.As result, we should remember this meaningful day and pass down to our offspring forever.
