what an amazing performance I've ever seen!
They technically indicated the deterioration of global
warming in an innovative way. They used the spurting-tube
of truck as a strong beat of the background music.They
always expressed some ideas with a sense of humor.In that,
we would be more easier to figure out what they are
trying to clear up.

A. In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?
In many aspects, I think I'm already a global citizen.
First of all, I usually get the latest affairs around the
world from internet.As a result, I know what's happening
all of the world. Second, according that English and
Chinese are both the most dominant languages in the world
temporarily and I've already learned Chinese, I determined to
master in English.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?
In my opinion, as long as I know there's disasters in some places,
I should not only feel pity for what agony those refugees
are experiencing but give they a hand.
There are some fundations raising funds in school for those
refugees in other countries. If I had any chances, I would
donate my allowance. Even if it's small numbers to me,
it will save one or more children in the other side of
the earth.

B. What do you think of this performance?
I think that the bluemen performance is a kind of alarming of the environment protection. Its' about time to raise up to save this earth. With modern technology like cars, motorbikes, and factory producing the pollutions, humanbeings has hurt the earth badly since the 19^th century. So we could not go on our destruction. We need to do something to change the world. First, try to use the air conditioner less; it's very healthy for us to sweat in summer. Second, read daily news online instead of reading newspapers, in this way we could cut fewer trees everyday. Third, no matter what kind of the resource, we all need to cherish it. Don't waste anything!!!

I think it's quite an inspiring video clip. Though we aren't really citizen of America, the content of the clip still applies to everyone on this planet. As long as each person make a little endeavour to stop global warming and pollution, I believe this though could be the best medicine to cure earth.

Not every person is born a global citizen. What makes someone a global citizen is when he becomes connected to the society and then takes his responsibility toward the earth.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?

There are many ways to preserve the environment, the simplest one is to start from our daily life. For instance, we could use resources which could be recycled instead of those could bear using only once. In addition, we should spend energy effectively, to take mass transportation system, or to avoid unnecessary waste of electricity or water. It's quite impossible to ask everyone to insist those principles, however, I will still keep those rules. Because I believe that as long as I keep doing it, there would be one more people trying to protect the environment, but not one more people making garbages to destroy it.

What do you think of this performance?
I have seen some of the bluemen's performances before. Before, I thought nothing of the

Bluemen, I though they were just a group who does wierd actions and music, but after

watching the video lots of thought came to my mind. With the rythm and some scenes

of consequence the pollution have made going on, it deeply went into my heart, it

stimulates deep thoughts.I think this performance is excellent, it is full of meanings.

In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?

I think as long as we live in the same planet earth, we are all global citizens. The difference

is just that how conscientious we are at doing our part in helping the earth. Maybe I haven't

done much, but when I see garbage that are not mine around me, I would pick it up no

matter whose it was. But I know there are more things that could be done to improve our

environment.

How can you become a better global citizen?

There are heaps of things that could be done. For example, recyle our rubbish, take the bus

instead of using our own motor bikes or cars, using our own dining utensils instead of

disposable ones ... and a lot more.

I think it is interesting, fascinating and makes people think seriously.
makes people to really think hard what's going on in the world.

recently, "an inconvenient truth" released, people calling on people
to come forward to protect the environment, etc.

I actullay pay attention to what's happening in the world.
so I read as much international news as possible everyday.
as a human being, I don't feel like existing if I don't know what's
going on out there. instinctively, I tend to read and listen to
international news. instinctively, I wanna share their pain and
suffering. I want them to know that I'm part of human beings, we are
all together on the planet. we should love each other and help each
other out. I think I am a global citizen coz I put my heart in the
world and I truly take action into caring this world.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?
while continuing on gaining knowledge of the world, I also share
information with friends and ask them to join in to become a better
global citizen.
I just checked the website of the inconvenient truth, and here's some
great advices to help improve the condition of the earth:
Use less hot water
It takes a lot of energy to heat water. You can use less hot water by
installing a low flow showerhead (350 pounds of carbon dioxide saved
per year) and washing your clothes in cold or warm water (500 pounds
saved per year) instead of hot.

Unplug electronics from the wall when you're not using them
Even when turned off, things like hairdryers, cell phone chargers and
televisions use energy. In fact, the energy used to keep display
clocks lit and memory chips working accounts for 5 percent of total
domestic energy consumption and spews 18 million tons of carbon into
the atmosphere every year!

I have never seen this kind of performance before and I think it is cool to utilize vision effect combining the sound,expressing the idea that they want people to know,to care about. In my opinion,it conveys an issue-GLOBAL WARMING,which is resulted from human that produce a lot of exhaust,such as vehicle exhaust,factory exhaust,etc.polluting our earth.

I think the performance is pretty awesome. They created music and added the video part to it perfectly.
It is a great musical performance without the global warming disasters already, but it became so meaningful
once the videos are complete. I didn't know Bluemen are that much concerning about the world. Now I have totally
change my mind about them.

I am actually a person who participate in water sports a lot, and when I am at the beach, I often try to collect as much
garbage as possible. I think if very one did their own small part of this, the beach would be so much cleaner than it is right now.
As a surfer, I love the ocean, and I want it to be clean and keeping in good condition for anyone who would like to go.

b) How can you become a better global citizen?
I think I can start by using public transportation more often. In addition, our earth can be a better place for us to live.
Like I said in the last paragraph, if very one do a little, it would be a lot for the whole planet.

B. What do you think of this performance?

I can't express my feelings exactly. The strong beats drew my attention and I couldn't help but watch it again and again in order to figure out what the three blueman wanted people know. After so many times watching the performance, although I still can't understand some words, I thought that I understand a little bit of message they tried to send it to us. Words shwon in the middle block really made me thought of the movie"An Inconvenient Truth". I often have the question why so many administrators don't stop their verbal battles and give priority to facing the global warming problem. Isn't the problem clear enough? Or isn't it serious enough? Sometimes I'm angry at them but immediately I know that the anger is useless. The last twenty seconds really touched me and made an impression on me. The chimney emitted chemical fumes, a large part of iceberg was broken. And again, the emission from the chimney and the broken of iceberg. Harmful fumes are continuous emitted and pollute the earth and do great damages to the atmosphere! I don't know how to specifically describe my feelings. I have only one word to say－HEARTBREAKING. The unusual increment of greenhouse gas rises the water level and tsunamis and hurricanes caused the more serious aftermath. Everytime I see such news, I take so much pity on the people lives in the disaster areas. "Can't someone help them?" I almost yell. There're still something that I don't know the reason why the blueman on the right side wore snorkel and why the performance ended up with all things concentrate on one point near Australia. Is the point being the water hemisphere?

A.In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?

I take buses to school rather than riding on motorcycle and I do recycling instead of just dumping bottles or papers in the general trash. Besides, I usually put a small plastic bag in my bag to put things I bought and use the same bag again and again.

Perhaps I can only make a very small effect on the earth, but I'll keep doing recycling and take care of global news more frequently and more actively. I think that will really help to the lifetime of earth.

Actually, I have heard of the Blueman a few years ago. From what I've known, they are a really famous music group. And it's happy to think that more and more people in the spotlight are jumping out to warn everyone about the seriousness of global warming. Former presidential candidate Al Gore received Nobel Prize for that is a great example.
Although I know what issue the movieclip is aiming at, I couldn't really understand what they were performing. To me, the movieclip is a little bit too "abstract".

A. In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?
Born on the same planet, everyone of us were "global citizens" from the very moment we first took our breath. And thanks to the fast development of technology, we can travel to every place in the world ever faster than before. Moreover, with the help of the internet, we can gain access to things that happened in the world simultaneously simply by just clicking on the mouse. I really like to read about the international news on the newspaper or online. These, as a whole, makes me feel truly engaged in the outer world around me.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?
I think there are many ways of being a global citizen, the simplist one is to take concern about what happens in the world often through news, magazines, etc. That is also the easiest thing for students like us can do. Another thing we can easily do is to protect the environment, such as don't litter, recycle often, etc.
How am I going to become a better citizen? Good question. I haven't really thought of that before. I think when I have the spare money , I would make donations by helping those in need to faraway countries such as Africa. That is one way I can think of. "Global Citizens" need to make their best effort to help those in need. By doing this, our planet would surely be a much better place to live in.

Gaining the concern about not only Taiwan but also other countries, and then about the world.

I never saw this kind of performances before , so it is kind of fresh to me .The color which was painted on they is quit strange . After having the first impression , I think of that maybe it represents the main color of mother earth or just one kind of ways to get people's attention . As far as I am concerned , it's really important to appear some voices to speak out for the mother earth and remind us the urgent issues of environment protection .

What a brilliant performance! I have heard of this group, BLUE MAN, a few years ago. I was impressed when I saw their performance at the very first time. It is not until today do I realize that they bring not only entertainment but also education to us. I love the idea of using things like tubes to make strong beats, which I think is also appeal to everyone. "Global Warming" is a global crisis which everyone knows but pays little attention to. They choose this theme as their topic in order to catch the viewers' attention, so that everyone could face this problem again seriously and try to do something about it.

Through the innovation of new technologies, such as the Internet and communications satellites, the whole world becomes a "Global Village". It's convenient to catch up with the world's latest event by using these inventions. I don't always have time to watch TV news, but I'll glance at the headlines on the homepage of YAHOO website. In this way, I can at least get a superficial view of the world affairs. Therefore, I think I'm already a global citizen.

Whenever I think of those homeless polar bears in the North Pole(because the glaciers melt away swiftly), I do my best to save this planet. I turnoff the lights as soon as I leave the room, reuse things that can be used again, reduce the amount of the wastes I make, and so on. This is my first time heard of Bluemen,they seems interesting to me.The music they perform are about global warming.They use many tubes as their instrument,this can see apparently that they are very care about the global environment.The enviroment of our earth has become worse and worse.Some of the humen in this planet doesn't really care about the place where we live,they produce many kind of toxicant thing that may hurt our surroundings.So I think they are very meritorious,because they produce music to warn to us about globel crisis.

A. In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?
I think I am really a global citizen,because I love this earth.This is a place where we lived in.This is a beautiful planet.There are many magnificent mountains,lucid streams and so on.There are many channals that will sometimes broadcasting something that about our planet,ex:National Geographic,Discovery.The adjacencies they broadcast are really something that we have to know about our earth.I often see them,and I think it's a way to understand our living enviroment,and a way to let us know how our earth become.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?
We are just student,I don't think we can do something that can really affect our world.But there's something that we have to know:Remember to recycle,don't use plastic bowls and chopsticks and so on.What we can do now is to be someone who really care about enviroment,to warn ourself that the more you do with enviroment, the cleaner our earth would be!

B. What do you think of this performance?
This performance uses a very unique way publicizing the danger of earth caused by global warming . It impresses people and stricks me when seeing the words " AS YOU CAN SEE , THERE AREN'T ANY ( exit ) ". He's right , we have only one earth and no elsewhere can go .( stop hopefully expecting that there will be another planet letting us move in in the future , the global warming is right now ! ozone hole is getting bigger and bigger right now ! acid rain is everywhere right now ! we are suffered from all these right now ! ) It is essential for us to put " stop global warming " into practice other than just know it .

We were all born in the earth , so I think everyone has right to become a global citizen . I am one part of this world , participating in lots of human activities ( such as economy) . I always read the global news from Yahoo News . Concerning international news make me keep the same pace with world .

As we know , the environment has been cruelly injured . Being a global citizen , I enjoy sources on the earth , thus having responsibility to pertect the earth . Although my strength is small , if everyone can contribute his/her own strength , the gathering power most be strong . I think it's very special. That action is very powerful. They use a very different way to perform music. I like the way they show their idea to us. I was very impressed.

I live on the Earth, so I love it. Because resources on the Earth aren't enough for us to use, people should share with each other. That's why we should economize on those we don't need.
B. How can you become a better global citizen?
I can throw garbage into garbage cans, take bus or MRT instead of ride motorcycle by myself, use less water, turn off applications when I don' have to use them.

The performance is quite funny. Blue Men used thier heads to beat tempo and used little movie to follow the tempo. That is an interesting way to remind people to notice the global warming problem. Everyone knows that the environment is worse and worse, everybody took this thing as a serious thing. But seldom people use cushion way to treat it. I think it is a good performance for us to feast on it.

A. In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?
The dictionary defines "citizen" as "a person who is a member of a particular country and who has rights because of being born there or because of being given rights, or a person who lives in a particular town or city". We born on the earth and have rights to use natural resource. When I do my best to protect the earth and do my effort to concern the enviroment issue, I think I am a global citizen. I do the recycle every moment when I have the chance. I concern International News at least twice a week. I take myself as a global citizen.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?
I think the better way to become a better global citizen is to involve in the national organization. When you in a group, you will give much more attentiveness on that.
But now I have no time and no other mind to attend any national groups. I still will concern the issue and do all of the above-mentioned things in my life. If I have more free time, I surely will go to the organization which I am interested in and have lots of passion on it to become a wonderful global citizen.

Global Warming has been the important issue during these years. However, the leaders of many countries still live what they used to be and didn't notice that the earth they count on for is weaker and weaker. Therefore, the performance of the bluemans is appeared. They want every one to take notice on this issue even if the others don't concern.

A. In what ways do you think you are already a global citizen?

When I watch the news on the television, when I use the internet to chat with my friends in different countries, when I use the cellphone to talk to my aunty in America, I think I am a global citizen. I don't have to worry the distance between me and other people in different places, because there are no distance. With the technology these years, everything becomes possible.

B. How can you become a better global citizen?

To become a better global citizen, I need to respect other cultures. If you still lock yourself in your own circle and do not know how to connect with defferent people with different customs, then you're not a global citizen, you're just a citizen in you own country.
